CradleeSoft does not use, access, or process customer personal data for its own purposes.
All customer data (e.g., names, contact numbers, visit history) is owned and controlled by the salon owner using our software.
Salon owners have full and direct access to their customer data through the CradleeSoft
CradleeSoft only provides tools for secure storage, processing, and reporting of this data on behalf of the salon, and only within the context of our software functionality.

2. Information We May Store on Behalf of Salons

We may store the following categories of data as a service provider, solely under the salon’s direction:

Customer Information: Name, contact number, gender, membership, wallet or loyalty points.
Salon Staff & Business Data: Staff profiles, services, appointments, billing data.
Transactional Data: Invoices, payments, product/service sales.
Technical Logs: IP, device, and error logs for improving software reliability.

3. How CradleeSoft Uses This Data

CradleeSoft only uses the data in the following ways:

To deliver features of the salon management system (appointments, CRM, billing, analytics).
To provide customer support and troubleshooting.
To ensure secure storage and backups on behalf of the salon.
We do not use, sell, analyze, or share personal customer data for any marketing, profiling, or third-party use.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

CradleeSoft does not share customer data with any third party unless instructed by the salon or required by law.
Authorized salon staff can access their customer data via the CradleeSoft dashboard or reports.
Any third-party service integrations (e.g., SMS, payment gateway) are used strictly under salon configuration and consent.

5. Security & Compliance

Data is stored on secure, encrypted servers with restricted access.
All data is processed in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
Regular backups, access logs, and role-based permissions are enforced to protect user data.
